POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager, Internal Communications plays a key role in bringing Nestlé USA's business, brand and culture stories to life through compelling internal communications that connect employees to the company's strategy, purpose and priorities. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Executive & Commercial Communications, this role partners across the business to develop and execute communication strategies that inform, engage and inspire employees.

This role helps identify and elevate stories from across commercial teams and the broader organization, connecting successes and functional priorities to the larger Nestlé USA narrative. The Manager serves as a trusted communications partner, translating complex business priorities into clear, engaging content and experiences that help employees understand the company’s direction, connect their work to business outcomes, and engage with the priorities that drive results.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the development and execution of internal communication strategies aligned to Nestlé USA business priorities and enterprise storytelling efforts.
  • Partner with teams across the organization to identify, develop and amplify compelling business, brand, people and culture stories.
  • Create engaging communications and content across multiple channels, including leadership messages, announcements, videos, and digital communications.
  • Support communications related to key business priorities, organizational changes and transformation initiatives, helping drive clarity and understanding among employees.
  • Develop content and messaging that reinforces company strategy, business performance, culture and purpose.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee communication moments, including Town Halls, leader messaging, and other forums that help employees understand business updates, priorities, and organizational changes.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager to ensure communications are aligned with enterprise narratives, priorities and messaging frameworks.
  • Contribute to the development of communication templates, tools and best practices that improve consistency and effectiveness of leader communications across the organization.
  • Monitor employee feedback and communication effectiveness, using insights to recommend improvements that strengthen clarity, engagement and employee understanding.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Human Resources and other cross-functional partners to support enterprise communication priorities.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
  • 7+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, public relations or a related field.
  • Experience developing strategic communication plans and executing programs that drive employee understanding and engagement.
  • Strong writing and storytelling experience across multiple formats and channels.
  • Experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in a complex organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • C-suite engagement experience is required.

Salary:$125,000.00 to$155,000.00 per year

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
