What you will do:

  • Set vision and governance for ownedinternal communications channels, ensuring a cohesive, company-wide ecosystem that tells one unified storyPartner with communications team and business leaders to embed storytelling into all communications strategies
  • Develop integrated storytelling plans that connect company strategy to meaningful employee communications and experiences
  • Identify and prioritize stories, milestones, innovations, customer wins and business achievements that reinforce enterprise priorities and strategic goals
  • Own the enterprise communications calendar, ensuring communications are coordinated, intentional and aligned with business objectives
  • Determine which initiatives warrant enterprise visibility and develop communication approaches that maximize reach, relevance and impact
  • Lead strategy and governance for internal communication channels, including the intranet, email, town halls, digital workplace platforms and emerging channels
  • Establish channel standards,publishingpractices and governance frameworks that improve communication effectiveness and consistency across the organization
  • Partnerwith leaders and stakeholders across the business to shape communication plans and increase visibility around strategic initiatives
  • Provide strategic counsel on audience targeting, communication timing, message prioritization and channel selection
  • Help reduce communication noise by aligning messaging, coordinating communications activity and maintaining focus on enterprise priorities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, content strategy, journalism, marketing communications or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to develop communication strategies that support enterprise objectives and measurable business outcomes
  • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and create compelling narratives
  • Strong editorial judgment and the ability to identify the stories, priorities and messages that matter most to employees and the business
  • Experience managing communicationplatforms,content planning calendarsand governanceprocesses
  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders and stakeholders across functions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands
  • Experience using analytics, audience insights and employee feedback to optimize communication effectiveness and channel performance
  • Experience developing communications across multiple channels, including email, intranet, digital platforms, video and leadership events

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from$90,00k - $153,300k and a bonus potential up to 10%. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
