Enables delivery teams to adopt Agile methodology and supports development activities. Establishes processes for managing a portfolio of work in an Agile way and drives strategic organizational change for Agile adoption. Embeds Agile culture using Agile and Lean methodologies and ensures stakeholders can access accurate project/program status without disrupting delivery.

POSITION DUTIES

  • Coach delivery teams on Agile practices, ceremonies, and continuous improvement.
  • Support adoption of Agile and Lean frameworks across the organization.
  • Facilitate workshops, mentoring sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Establish governance processes for Agile portfolio management.
  • Advise leadership and stakeholders on Agile transformation strategies.
  • Define and maintain Agile metrics to support delivery and performance tracking.
  • Support cross-team coordination and program-level delivery alignment.
  • Develop internal coaching capabilities to enable staff to coach others.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Must hold Active Secret Clerance
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Experience demonstrating coaching, advising, workshops, and mentoring
  • Experience providing executive coaching at the organizational level
  • Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) or equivalent certification
