Now Hiring: Internal Service Advisor
Sames Auto Group
Not every service advisor works with customers-some are the driving force behind keeping our inventory moving, our sales department stocked, and our operations running efficiently.
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Internal Service Advisor to coordinate repairs for dealership inventory, loaner vehicles, dealer trades, and company vehicles. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and excel at keeping multiple projects moving, this could be the perfect opportunity.
What You'll Do
Manage internal repair orders from start to finish
Coordinate repairs for inventory, used vehicles, dealer trades, and loaner vehicles
Schedule and prioritize work with technicians and shop management
Work closely with Parts, Sales, Service, and Accounting to keep vehicles moving efficiently
Review repair orders for accuracy and ensure timely completion
?? Help reduce recon cycle times and get vehicles frontline-ready faster
Requirements
What We're Looking For
? Previous Service Advisor, Internal Advisor, or dealership service experience preferred ? Strong organizational and multitasking skills ? Excellent communication and follow-up abilities ? Automotive knowledge and understanding of repair processes ? Experience with dealership management systems (PBS, CDK, Reynolds, or similar) is a plus ? Team player with a customer-focused mindset-even when your customers are internal departments!
