Its core competences are the development, production, distribution and servicing of diesel, gas and electric drivetrains for professional applications that is used in construction equipment, agricultural machinery, material handling equipment, stationary equipment, commercial vehicles, rail vehicles and other applications.
Job Summary
Our Intern will be completing entry level work for Deutz to gain experience in a specific field related to their degree. The duties of an intern may vary depending on the department they are working in. This role requires a candidate who can build great relationships with peers and supervisors while representing the DEUTZ brand with excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Learning and becoming proficient in SAP and other software utilized by Deutz.
  • Learning to understand the overall concept of Deutz, including the brand, customers, company goals, and product goals.
  • Completing tasks assigned by the supervisor and/or manager.
  • Provides suggestions to management for improving internal processes.
  • Attending required meetings and assisting by creating presentations
  • Any other duties specific to the department.
  • Conducting research that is helpful to team accomplishing project goals.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate on tasks with other employees.
  • Ability to work independently, make improvement suggestions, and work in a team environment is necessary.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task daily while maintaining a high level of confidence and professionalism.

Physical Requirements
  • Manufacturing assembly and warehouse environment. Subject to noise, dust, diesel fuel, oil, and extreme hot/cold temperatures. No A/C.
  • If Intern is located in the office area, the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
