As an intern, you can typically expect to receive structured mentorship and regular feedback from your supervisor or designated mentor. Interns often participate in scheduled check-ins, receive guidance on projects, and are encouraged to ask questions to enhance their learning. Many organizations also provide formal performance reviews at the midpoint and end of the internship to help interns understand their strengths and areas for growth. This experience can be valuable for building a resume and networking for future job opportunities.
