Department Summary

The Mercedes-Benz USA Vans Marketing, Business Intelligence and Product Management area is responsible for developing the strategies and programs to support the sales and ownership growth for Vans products and services.  Our team works closely with headquarters in Germany to establish future product offerings and then successfully bring them to market with excellent marketing campaigns and collaboration from our Business Intelligence division.

Job Overview
 

The MBUSA Vans division is seeking a Junior Associate Contractor to support the North American Vans Marketing team. The role will be working on a variety of projects across the department, supporting the primary project leads.  Possible project types include: updating documents, internal and external communications, marketing campaigns and event planning, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Proofing and editing communication materials
  • Capturing and validating meeting minutes and action items
  • Incorporating AI tools into project planning documents and presentation materials (i.e. monthly Marketing Alignment documents)
  • Support on-site with experiential programs
  • Expansion and development of the Mercedes-Benz USA Vans 

    Customer Journey Map

  • Assist the Project Lead FTEs with project planning 
  • Managing the marketing sponsorship proposal and submission database
  • Supporting documentation of internal processes and record keeping

Qualifications

  • Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills - particularly
  • PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with AI tools and data analysis is a plus
  • Accredited four-year university diploma
  • Proficient attention to detail - for support with editing communications materials
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
     

 Additional Info:

  • Available from August 2026 to August 2027

  • Hybrid in-person schedule, up to 28 hours maximum per week

  • Proof of Proficiency (Portfolio, Recommendation Letters, etc.)
