Nelnet is exploring innovative AI technologies like Microsoft Copilot to improve how we work. We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Corporate Marketing & Communications team. This internship offers hands-on experience with AI tools and an opportunity to learn how AI can enhance content creation, campaigns, and communication.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in exploring and testing AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and PowerAutomate.

  • Support the team in identifying tasks that can be automated to improve efficiency.

  • Help integrate AI tools into existing marketing systems like CMS and CRM.

  • Collaborate with team members to learn how AI is used in marketing workflows.

  • Participate in training sessions and document best practices for using AI tools.
