Your Opportunity as a Supply Chain Intern

As an intern within ourSupply Chainorganization, responsibilities will vary based on your position. You will have the opportunity to assistinone of the following areas:Corporate Transportation, Corporate Warehousing, Customer Logistics, Commodities and Procurement, Supply Planning,Supply Chain Analytics, and Customer Supply Chain Initiatives.

Location: Orrville, Corporate Offices

Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the Supply Chain organization and with internal and external partners to support day-to-day business needs and strategic projects.
  • Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead and contribute to projects focused on process optimization and cost savings while partnering with stakeholders to develop recommendations and deliver results.
  • Enhance Supply Chain knowledge through hands-on experience, department showcases, networking opportunities, and job shadowing across multiple functions.

  • ASophomore or Junior standing in school with requisite educational experience in Supply Chain,Logistics,Operations Management oranotherrelevant field
  • Awell-roundedskill setincluding analytics and AI experience, adaptability, and creative problem solving
