Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and research revenue usage streams to ensure all transactions are correctly billed. Analyze revenue streams to detect and correct revenue leakage accounting matters, providing accurate and comprehensive documentation of issues identified and resolutions reached. Identify, investigate and resolve unusual, inaccurate and unexpected revenue fluctuations.
  • Month-end: Participate in month-end billing and revenue accounting processes, to ensure revenue streams are reconciled
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve broad, cross-functional business processes and related systems. Assist implementation efforts as required.

System and Data Analysis: Work closely with systems/tools team and to research and investigate revenue reconciliation issues as data moves between systems. Troubleshoot data feeds and provide recommendations for short-term and long-term system and process improvement
