About the role:

FIS is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented Director, Revenue Operations to help accelerate growth, improve go-to-market effectiveness, and drive operational excellence across our revenue organization.

This is a high-visibility leadership role that sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, sales operations, and business execution. You will lead a team responsible for delivering the insights, planning processes, performance management, and operational rigor needed to support a world-class sales organization.

As a trusted advisor to senior commercial leaders, you will partner across Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Compensation, and Executive Leadership to identify growth opportunities, improve performance, and influence key business decisions. Success in this role requires a strong blend of analytical expertise, stakeholder management, people leadership, and deep experience supporting technology-focused revenue organizations.

What You Will Be Doing

Revenue Strategy & Analytics

  • Lead strategic planning initiatives that support revenue growth, go-to-market transformation, and sales productivity improvements.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations that influence business strategy and commercial decision-making.
  • Analyze revenue performance trends, pipeline health, territory effectiveness, customer segmentation, and growth opportunities.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and insights that drive accountability and action across the organization.
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate new market opportunities, investment decisions, and growth strategies.
  • Establish key performance indicators and measurement frameworks to monitor organizational effectiveness.

Sales Operations Leadership

  • Lead the Sales Operations function, ensuring scalable processes, tools, and governance that enable sustainable growth.
  • Oversee territory planning, account segmentation, quota support, coverage models, and organizational design initiatives.
  • Drive forecasting discipline, pipeline management processes, and business review cadences.
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and execution consistency.
  • Evaluate and optimize sales processes, systems, and workflows to reduce friction and improve performance.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of sales technologies and reporting platforms.

Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives and commercial leaders.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and build alignment across teams with competing priorities.
  • Lead complex initiatives requiring coordination across multiple business functions.
  • Translate complex data and business challenges into clear, actionable recommendations for executive audiences.
  • Facilitate executive discussions and decision-making processes through fact-based analysis and business insights.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of Revenue and Sales Operations professionals.
  • Establish clear priorities, performance expectations, and development plans.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer focus.
  • Build organizational capabilities that enable the team to scale alongside business growth.
  • Create an environment that encourages innovation, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.

What you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or related functions.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting revenue-generating organizations within a technology, SaaS, fintech, software, or enterprise technology company.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience building executive dashboards, performance reporting, forecasting models, and operational metrics.
  • Strong business acumen with deep understanding of sales organizations, go-to-market motions, and revenue drivers.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-facing skills.
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives in complex, fast-paced, and highly matrixed organizations.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience with CRM, forecasting, and revenue technologies such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Tableau, Gong, Clari, Outreach, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with advanced analytics, business intelligence, SQL, or data visualization tools.
  • Prior experience in fintech, financial services technology, SaaS, or enterprise software organizations.
  • Prior management consulting experience with a leading consulting firm, with a focus on growth strategy, sales operations, revenue optimization, or commercial transformation.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $161,050.00 - $273,790.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
