Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
Clients need more than a quick check-in. They need a clinician who can listen, assess, guide, and stay present across the course of care. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you will provide remote therapy to clients in Arkansas, helping with relationship concerns, family dynamics, stress, communication issues, and emotional wellbeing while keeping care professional, warm, and clinically grounded.
This position is especially suited for a clinician who can support both individual concerns and the relationship or family patterns that often shape a client's daily life.
Responsibilities
Provide therapy sessions that are structured, compassionate, and clinically appropriate
Provide support for relationship patterns, family stress, communication concerns, and individual wellbeing
Gather relevant client history and update care plans as treatment progresses
Help clients identify patterns, barriers, and manageable next steps
Maintain secure, HIPAA-conscious telehealth practices
Complete documentation within expected timelines
Requirements
Active Arkansas LMFT license in good standing
Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensure
Full clinical licensure required; temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses are not intended for this role
Strong clinical judgment, reliable follow-through, and a client-centered approach to care.
Experience supporting individuals, couples, families, or clients with relational concerns is helpful.
