We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to join FDR Financial Group, a leading financial services company. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior executives and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. The Executive Assistant at FDR Financial Group will be involved in coordinating schedules, managing communications, and providing administrative support for key decision-makers. Responsibilities:
  • Manage executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
