Job description

Command Post Technologies, Inc. (CPT) is seeking a Recruiting and Human Resources Intern to support our HR team with a focus on recruiting, candidate outreach, onboarding support, and corporate communications. This role is ideal for someone interested in talent acquisition and HR operations who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with internal and external partners. The intern will play a key role in supporting day-to-day recruiting efforts, maintaining accurate HR data, and assisting with various administrative tasks, while also gaining exposure to employer branding and communication initiatives. Responsibilities: * Support  the recruiting process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes,  coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process
* Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and HR databases with a high level of accuracy
* Assist with job postings across platforms and help track posting performance
* Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation, file management, and data entry
* Assist with onboarding activities and new hire documentation
* Support reporting and tracking of recruiting and HR metrics
* Create graphics and assist with generating content for employer branding initiatives
* Contribute to HR projects and process improvements as needed Requirements * Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Strong career interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and HR operations
* Must have excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
* Comfortable handling outreach and communicating professionally with candidates via email and phone
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Willingness to work on-site in Orlando, FL
* Must be eligible for a U.S. Security Clearance
