WyoTech is seeking an Executive Experience Intern to support the daily execution of campus tours, admissions events, instructor visits, and special campus experiences. This role is designed to provide hands on exposure to tour operations, guest engagement, and event coordination while assisting the Experience Department in delivering a professional, welcoming, and consistent first impression of WyoTech.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Tour & Guest Experience Support

  • Assist with prospective student and family campus tours, including greeting guests, check in, and wayfinding
  • Support tour flow by preparing tour materials, spaces, and welcome areas prior to arrival
  • Observe and assist Tour Experience Coordinators during daily walking tours to learn tour delivery best practices
  • Help maintain a professional and organized tour environment throughout campus 

Admissions & Instructor Visit Support

  • Assist with high school and instructor visitation days, including setup, breakdown, and guest coordination
  • Help prepare schedules, materials, and campus spaces for admissions driven events
  • Support increased instructor visitation capacity by assisting with logistics and on site execution 

Event & Campus Experience Assistance

  • Support internal and external campus events such as leadership meetings, trainings, and admissions programs
  • Assist with event logistics including room setup, food coordination, signage placement, and guest flow
  • Provide on site support during events to ensure smooth execution and positive guest experience 

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist with updating calendars, schedules, and event documentation
  • Support basic data entry or record keeping related to tours and events (as assigned)
  • Help collect feedback and observations to support continuous improvement of the tour experience
  • Provide general operational support to the Executive Experience team as needed

Requirements

Minimum Requirements (A combination of the following experience and training, or the equivalent, would be qualifying): 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to engage with guests, families, and staff
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented
  • Ability to stand, walk, and assist with tours and events for extended periods
  • Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast paced, guest facing environment

Preferred

  • Interest in admissions, events, hospitality, marketing, or higher education
  • Experience in customer service, events, or campus involvement
  • Familiarity with WyoTech programs or campus (preferred but not required)
