Work you'll do

As a Dynamics CRM Technical Senior Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, you will help clients design, build, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions that improve business processes and user experience. You will lead a defined technical workstream within a broader multidisciplinary project team, driving solution design, development, and delivery across functional and technical requirements. In this role, you will support solution architecture, configuration, custom development, integrations, data migrations, and deployment activities, while helping ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and aligned to client goals.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, architects, developers, and offshore/onshore delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. You will be expected to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, explain design choices and trade-offs, and contribute to solution documentation, process flows, and presentation materials using tools such as MS Visio and MS PowerPoint. You may also mentor junior team members and help coordinate delivery across workstreams to keep execution aligned with project timelines and quality standards.

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in consulting or industry roles, with at least 4 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
  • Demonstrated 3+ years designing conceptual architectures for enterprise solutions, including Dataverse security model implementation
  • Completed multiple data migrations and integrations using tools such as Power Automate, Dataflows, Data Gateways, Custom Connectors, and Azure integration services across at least 3 projects
  • Practical 2+ years of experience with modern DevOps practices, including management of content repositories, version control (such as Git), and implementation of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines
  • Demonstrated administration of Dynamics CRM and Power Platform, including successful deployment and maintenance of Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit in production environments
  • Advanced technical proficiency with C#, Dataverse Web API, Plugin development, JavaScript, Power FX, and PowerShell across client-facing projects
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent number of years of experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
