Job description

iQuasar LLC is seeking a motivated MBA Student Human Resources Intern to support talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR operations. This position offers hands-on experience across strategic and operational HR functions while providing exposure to federal contracting and professional services environments. 

The ideal candidate is pursuing an MBA or advanced degree in Human Resources Management and demonstrates strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities: 
  • Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities. 
  • Assist with onboarding and employee orientation programs. 
  • Maintain HR records and employee documentation. 
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data. 
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and surveys. 
  • Conduct compensation and market research. 
  • Assist with compliance reviews and HR policy administration. 
  • Coordinate training and professional development activities. 
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership. 
Requirements: 
  • Current enrollment in an MBA or Master’s program in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
