What are some common challenges faced when managing interns, and how can they be addressed effectively?

One common challenge in intern management is balancing the interns' learning experiences with the team's productivity goals. Interns may require additional guidance and feedback as they acclimate to the workplace, which can be time-consuming for managers. To address this, it's helpful to establish clear onboarding procedures, set defined expectations, and create structured check-ins. Encouraging open communication and providing regular feedback ensures interns feel supported and helps managers track progress effectively.
