Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Information Systems Security Specialist III to support the daily operational requirements of radios and other communication devices within our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge communication technology, ensuring system integrity, security, and optimal performance. Key Responsibilities
  • Install hardware, software, and system upgrades to ensure communication devices operate efficiently and securely
  • Develop and maintain local system design documentation for communication systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to communication systems and devices
  • Train warfighters and staff on the operation and maintenance of communication systems and software applications
  • Monitor system configurations, including hardware and software, to ensure security and performance standards are met
  • Assist customers with information technology support and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Provide instruction on computer applications and communication devices to staff and users
  • Support the provision of various communication devices and technology functions in support of the TACP program

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in related field
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
  • AS or BS with 3-5 years' experience in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or adequate Military experience.
