Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer/Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. We bring our clients the very best selection of beautiful and modern home furnishings , then back it up with our unmatched customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics, capable of transforming spaces into functional and visually appealing environments. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop design concepts, and oversee the execution of projects from inception to completion.
Duties

  • Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences and requirements.
  • Conduct client home visits to measure spaces, introduce options, and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Create design plans/mood boards using design software for client presentations.
  • Create and maintain positive and professional client, vendor, and co-worker relationships.
  • Write accurate sales orders which include explaining the terms of the sale and obtaining the clients signature.
  • Offer a superior customer experience, from the beginning to the end of the customer journey with PerLora.
  • Provide timely updates and information for the client.
  • Permenent or temporary duties as assigned by management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, color theory, and new design techniques to provide innovative solutions.
Experience

  • Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, CAD, and Floorplanner.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas to clients and collaborate with team members.
  • A degree in Interior Design or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
