To thrive as an Intern, you need a foundational understanding of the industry, relevant coursework or academic background, and a willingness to learn. Interns are typically students or recent graduates who work temporarily in an organization to gain practical experience in a particular field. Internships can be paid or unpaid and often serve as a stepping stone to full-time employment. Interns perform a variety of tasks ranging from administrative duties to assisting with specific projects, all while learning from professionals in the industry.
