This is an internship position (Non-Exempt Salary); the hourly range is stated below. The rate offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Hourly Rate: $20 - $24/hr.

OVERVIEW The Human Resources (HR) Intern will support the human resources team. They will also gain and apply knowledge about Plexus' industry, infrastructure and business during the assignment. RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with HR team to handle daily tasks, as well as assist in accomplishing long-term projects and implementation of HR initiatives Work closely with HR team to support employee relation activities including but not limited to: performance management, disciplinary actions, and investigations.

Support recruitment activities such as: posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and becoming familiar with applicant tracking systems. Assist in correspondence, research, and other HR matters under the direction and supervision of HR staff. Assist with day-to-day administration needs as required.

Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientation sessions as needed Assist with compliance-related tasks, such as maintaining I-9 forms and other employee documentation Additional duties as assigned by management. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Student working toward a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field for the entire duration of internship. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Junior level status Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills Strong communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information This document does not represent a contract of employment and is not intended to capture every possible assignment the incumbent could be asked to perform.
