This engagement is focused on the continuous delivery of working software through iterative development cycles and close collaboration with Client’s technical staff.

Application Development:
Design, develop, test, and deploy new features and enhancements across front-end (ReactJS) and back-end (Python/FastAPI) layers of CLIENT applications. Build and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI. Ensure proper validation, error handling, versioning, and OpenAPI/Swagger documentation.

Front-End & Database Management: Develop responsive, accessible front-end interfaces using ReactJS. Adhere to CLIENT UX standards and Section 508 accessibility requirements.

Maintenance & Documentation: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application defects, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities across all layers of the stack. Proactively identify and address technical debt by refactoring code. Maintain accurate, up-to-date technical documentation, including API documentation, architecture decision records (ADRs), and developer setup guides.
Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in the core technology stack: Python, FastAPI, ReactJS, PostgreSQL, and Docker.
  • Possess sufficient familiarity with AWS cloud services to deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications in cloud-hosted environments. Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline concepts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling, such as Terraform and GitHub Actions, is desired.
