Investigative Accounting Internship positions available:


August 2026 โ€“ December 2026

Start and End Dates are flexible.

Full-time internships are available for this role which require a minimum of 30 hours per week, with an expectation of up to 40 hours. This opportunity is fully onsite.

Opportunity:

During your internship, youโ€™ll get real-world experience working with talented professionals in investigative accounting engagements that involve working with commercial property insurers in evaluating physical damage and business income losses suffered by businesses resulting from catastrophes. Projects may include reviewing and analyzing historical financial and industry information, revenue and expense projections, insurance claim evaluations and economic damage evaluations. Assignments provide exposure to a wide range of industries from small local retail stores to multinational entities.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

* Junior or senior level student

* Accounting major

* Minimum 3.0 GPA

* Proficient understanding of Microsoft Windows and Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel skills that are considered to be an intermediate or advanced level. The candidate should also be open to training in other Windows-based applications.

Determining actual compensation relies on many factors including individual candidate experience, qualifications, and comparable benchmarks. Base compensation for this role typically ranges between $30 - $32 an hour.
