We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our custom home projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a high-touch client environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and takes pride in delivering projects at the highest level of quality.

Compensation:

$104,500


Responsibilities:

Preconstruction Leadership

  • Participate in project planning, estimating, and budgeting
  • Develop preliminary project schedules
  • Collaborate with design professionals and consultants
  • Identify project risks and opportunities early in the process
  • Assist clients in understanding scope, budget, and project expectations

Financial Management

  • Develop and maintain project budgets
  • Manage forecasts and financial reporting
  • Track commitments, costs, allowances, and change orders
  • Ensure projects remain aligned with financial objectives

Client Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project
  • Lead client meetings and project updates
  • Guide clients through selections, decisions, and project milestones
  • Build trust through proactive communication and transparency

Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Coordinate procurement and long-lead items
  • Align project activities between the office and field teams
  • Anticipate and resolve challenges before they impact project outcomes

Team Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with Superintendents and Project Engineers
  • Support coordination between design, procurement, and construction teams
  • Drive accountability and alignment across project stakeholders
  • Foster a positive, solutions-oriented project environment

Qualifications:
  • Required Experience: 5+ years of Project Management experience in custom residential construction
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing
  • Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Professional Strengths: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Preferred Experience in luxury custom homes or high-end residential construction
  • Preconstruction estimating experience
  • Familiarity with construction management software platforms
