Job Description:
Must-Haves
1) 4-5 years of Pharmacy experience
2) Must be currently registered as a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Intern with the Board of Pharmacy in Massachusetts
3) Requires a high school diploma (or State accepted equivalency)
4) Current pharmacy technician certification (CPhT) is required from a board-approved credentialing program, PTCB, or exCPT or obtained within 6 months of hire
Nice-To-Haves
1) Preferred previous experience in the area of insurance adjudication and prior authorization submission
2) Successful team members are self-motivated and excel in time management
3) Requires patient contact, insurance coordination, and rely on professional written and verbal communication among a pharmacy (pharmacists, technicians, leadership) and clinic staff (CNAs, MDs, RNs)
4) Capacity to work independently by managing workload and meeting established goals in a fast-paced
