The Chicago Fire Football Club (Chicago Fire FC) is an American professional soccer club that competes in Major League Soccer (MLS), the top U.S. domestic league. Founded on October 8, 1997, on the 126th anniversary of the Great Chicago Fire, the Club began play in 1998 as one of the League's first expansion franchises. The Fire have won six major domestic titles, including the 1998 MLS Cup; the 1998, 2000, 2003, and 2006 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cups; as well as the 2003 MLS Supporters' Shield.
The Club recently announced plans to build a $750M+ privately financed downtown stadium in Chicago in 2028. The stadium will anchor Chicago's newest neighborhood, the 78, a 62-acre development and entertainment district located along the Chicago River just south of Roosevelt Road. Position Overview:Chicago Fire FC is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing 50/50 Raffle Sellers to support the Chicago Fire Foundation's 50/50 Raffle program during the season. Individuals in this role will engage with fans on matchdays, promote raffle participation, and help deliver a positive and energetic fan experience while supporting Foundation initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell Chicago Fire Foundation 50/50 raffle tickets to fans during home matches and related events
  • Educate fans on raffle rules, procedures, and Foundation initiatives in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Answer general fan questions regarding the Chicago Fire FC, raffle program, and basic Soldier Field information
  • Utilize portable tablets, printers, and credit card readers for the sale of tickets

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Availability to support a minimum of 10 Chicago Fire home matches (July-November)
  • Must have reliable transportation to Soldier Field and occasional events in Seat Geek Stadium
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must be a responsible, motivated individual with a competitive spirit
  • Comfortable engaging with large crowds and speaking with fans
  • Capable of standing long hours and can physically go up and down stairs
  • Ability to manage technology such as tablets and credit/debit card reader

Additional Details:
  • Independent contractor (IC) opportunity
  • 50/50 Raffle Sellers are paid $75 a match + incentives.
