About the Role Fragomen's Business Immigration Analyst position is designed to have an immediate impact on our business. The role provides training, development, and long‐term growth opportunities within an organization that focuses exclusively on immigration services. Responsibilities Learn and develop knowledge of various immigration case types and client processes. Perform tasks related to case preparation and filing of petitions with government agencies, including document gathering, review, drafting, and filing. Communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts under supervisor guidance, providing clear and prompt responses regarding case status or general inquiries. Meet assigned Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines and report case progress, status, and escalations to the supervisor. Compile and summarize large amounts of data within case management systems for reporting to clients, managers, and the team. Understand and contribute to team and individual productivity goals. Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and adherence to documented firm standards and policies to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory, operational, and client compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, Paralegal certification, or equivalent experience in a customer‐facing or client‐service‐oriented role. Client‐service mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‐paced environment with competing demands. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and elevate case issues to a supervisor when necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading, drafting fluent prose, and avoiding grammatical errors without reliance on AI engines. Proficiency with common computer systems, especially MS Word and Excel. Desire to contribute to a positive work environment, collaborate effectively, and promote teamwork.
