This role will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a portfolio of AI-driven initiatives, including internal applications, automation solutions, and agent-based tools. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in project delivery along with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving AI environment. This individual will work across technical and business teams to ensure projects are properly scoped, prioritized, and delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple AI-related projects and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data, and business stakeholders
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track progress across initiatives
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain documentation including requirements, plans, and status reporting
  • Communicate project status and key updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Support prioritization and alignment across competing initiatives
