Data Analyst

Are you passionate about data, analytics, and aviation? We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our highly visible Finance team. In this role, you'll analyze aviation and financial data, support business operations, improve reporting processes, and help drive informed decision-making across the organization.

This position requires a strong sense of urgency, exceptional accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal stakeholders and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, organize, and enter cost invoices into databases and spreadsheets while assigning approvals as needed.
  • Analyze aviation operational and accounting costs to ensure accurate coding, posting, and identification of duplicate or incorrect charges.
  • Perform thorough quality assurance reviews to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  • Support day-to-day business operations through reporting, metrics tracking, and cost analysis.
  • Identify and streamline inefficient, redundant, or overly manual processes.
  • Respond promptly to management requests for data and analytical support.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and operating metrics.
  • Review aviation log page entries, correct data errors, and upload updated records to audit applications.
  • Assist with month-end accounting activities and special financial analysis projects.
QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong reporting and analytical capabilities.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Preferred
  • Experience with QuickBooks.
  • Experience working with financial, operational, or aviation-related data.
