Job Title: Data Analyst I
Location: Tampa,FL
Duration: Long Term
Duties:
seeking 1 analyst to join the Data and Analytics Team (DNA) to support the goals of our most recent acquisition. As a member of the DNA Team, the candidate will be responsible for assisting with migrating customer asset data into our production systems. The candidate will be exploring and deriving solutions from high volumes of data as well as leveraging cross-functional collaboration when a solution cannot be reached through back-office analysis alone. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to become an expert in our asset data and migration tools. Duties and responsibilities include:
Develop an understanding of our data and how it relates to our business model and processes Analyze and resolve data discrepancies of varying sizes and complexities Work cross functionally with other business teams to achieve continuous data quality improvement Work quickly and efficiently in Excel and other newly developed technologies to support acquisition goals.
Skills:
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills required (nested logic, pivot tables, VBA, etc.) Experience with exploratory data analysis, working with big data a plus Experience/ knowledge with SQL Effective quantitative skills, attention to detail and critical thinking Effective interpersonal skills, with a passion to share knowledge and learn from others Highly motivated for continuous learning, independent, and innovative Ability to work effectively within a team and across functions, disciplines and levels
