Intermediate Architectural Designer
ThreeStudio Architecture and Engineering is seeking a highly motivated Intermediate Architectural Designer to join our practice and play a leading role in shaping innovative, design-driven projects across New York City. Thisย  position is ideal for a creative professional who combines strong design sensibility with technical expertise and a passion for mentorship.
Responsibilities:ย 
  • Lead design development from concept through construction documentation across a variety of project types.ย 
  • Collaborate with partners, engineers, consultants, and other disciplines to deliver integrated, innovative,ย  and sustainable design solutions.ย 
  • Direct and oversee the preparation of design presentations, drawings, and technical details, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and excellence in execution.ย 
  • Mentor junior designers, offering guidance on design best practices, technical standards, and professional development.ย 
  • Participate in client presentations and meetings, effectively communicating design intent and project vision.ย 
  • Stay current with emerging trends, building materials, technologies, and regulatory requirements, bringing fresh ideas and technical rigor to the studioโ€™s work.ย 
Quali๏ฌcations:ย 
  • Professional degree in Architecture.ย 
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience with demonstrated involvement through all project phases.ย 
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity, technical pro๏ฌciency, and attention to detail.ย 
  • Pro๏ฌciency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar architectural design software.ย 
  • Skilled in visualization and presentation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.ย 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.ย 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.ย
