Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial interior construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This specific position would focus on small to medium sized projects mainly in the residential market. Projects range from small drywall repairs to full house/ apartment build outs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of our specific scope of work (mainly drywall/ insulation/ light framing/ acoustical ceilings/ EIFS & stucco) on mostly residential and some commercial construction and restoration projects
  • Develop project estimates and submit proposals
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Create and submit project billing and invoices based on specific project and client requirements
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
  • Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure project compliance
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure quality control and job site safety standards are met
  • Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Oversee project closeout, including punch lists and final documentation
  • Generate new and maintain existing relationships with existing and new clients

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of project management experience in residential/ commercial interior construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bilingual (Spanish) would be a plus but not required
