Job description

We are seeking an experienced Interiors Project Manager to oversee the delivery of office fit-outs and interior construction projects within a large-scale data center development. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of interior construction, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial interiors projects such as corporate offices, workplace environments, tenant improvements, amenity spaces, and support facilities. Experience working within mission-critical, industrial, or active construction environments is highly desirable.


Responsibilities

  • Manage office fit-out and interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractor management, and project reporting
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, owners, contractors, and field teams throughout project execution
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with project requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations
  • Coordinate interior finishes, millwork, drywall, ceilings, flooring, glazing, furniture installation, and related scopes
  • Collaborate with MEP, technology, security, and facilities teams to ensure seamless project integration
  • Monitor project risks and proactively resolve field issues
  • Support commissioning, punch-list completion, and project turnover activities


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial interiors or tenant improvement projects
  • Experience delivering office, workplace, corporate, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, or similar interior projects
  • Strong understanding of interior construction methods, sequencing, and finish coordination
  • Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project documentation
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with construction management software and project controls tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred


Preferred Backgrounds

Candidates may come from commercial general contractors, interiors specialists, workplace construction firms, or design-build organizations.


Experience supporting mission-critical facilities, data center campuses, advanced manufacturing environments, or large corporate developments is a plus.
