We are looking for a talented and experienced Interiors Project Manager in our Raleigh office.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Oversee Interiors Group operations, ensuring growth, profitability, and design excellence
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative design culture across the firm
  • Provide firm-wide QA/QC leadership, maintaining high standards in all project phases
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and resource allocation
  • Serve as Project Manager on select projects, ensuring efficiency and quality
  • Oversee design standards, documentation, and proposal development
  • Mentor and develop staff, fostering a strong, engaged team
  • Lead hiring, performance reviews, and retention strategies with leadership
  • Maintain and expand client relationships; attend key meetings and presentations
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop business growth initiatives and branding
  • Engage in industry organizations and networking events to elevate firm visibility
  • Monitor Interiors Group financials, profitability, and project pipeline
  • Oversee team structure, PTO approvals, and performance management
  • Perform other duties as needed

What we look for

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited college or university is mandatory
  • NCIDQ certification preferred
  • Minimum nine (9) years of design experience
  • Experience in all aspects of the Design/Contract Documentation/Contract Administration process
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite and Excel
  • Knowledge of Lumion preferred
  • Strong graphic, visualization, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Portfolio submission required
