The Interior Designer is responsible for developing and executing interior design concepts, finish selections, and spatial layouts for assigned project scopes under the direction of the Vice President of Design. This role translates approved design systems and experiential intent into project-level interior environments, ensuring the design choices align with Reef's portfolio standards, budget parameters, and construction schedules. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, a refined aesthetic, and experience working on upscale residential or mixed-use developments.
