Job description

At Thuma, we design for Oasis. We believe every home should feel warm, welcoming, and intentionally designed—a place where thoughtful, lifestyle-enhancing details invite people to slow down, recharge, and truly feel at home. Inspired by the warmth, simplicity, and hospitality of a favorite boutique hotel, our spaces reflect a philosophy of lounge and leisure—where every element has a purpose, every detail enhances the way we live, and less is more.

  • Partner across Merchandising, Product Development, Retail, and Brand to bring an interior designer’s perspective to key business initiatives.
  • Influence product presentation, storytelling, and customer experiences through the lens of exceptional interior design.
  • Help build a world‑class interior design capability that supports Thuma’s long‑term growth.
This Might Describe You
  • 8–10+ years of experience in residential interior design, hospitality, luxury retail, or a design‑led consumer brand.
  • Exceptional taste and a deep understanding of furniture, lighting, textiles, art, materials, styling, and home design.
