Position Overview

The Showroom Manager is responsible for the overall success of our retail showroom by leading daily operations, developing a high-performing team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

This position requires a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching people, analyzing business performance, solving problems, and continuously improving operations.

Experience in flooring, kitchen & bath cabinetry, or window fashions is highly preferred, but candidates with strong retail management experience and a proven leadership background are encouraged to apply.

Business Hours

  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

No late nights. No long weekends.

What You'll Do

  • Lead all day-to-day showroom operations
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and support team
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining healthy profitability
  • Monitor, analyze, and execute strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Review financial reports and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
  • Manage inventory levels and vendor relationships
  • Maintain outstanding showroom appearance and merchandising standards
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members
  • Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning and long-term business growth
  • Utilize technology and software integrations to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Proven leadership and personnel management experience
  • Strong retail management or showroom management background
  • A sales-driven mindset with a history of achieving or exceeding goals
  • Experience using KPIs and business analytics to drive performance
  • Knowledge of business software and technology integrations
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong financial and operational decision-making abilities
  • A valid driver's license

Industry experience in flooring, cabinetry, kitchen & bath, interior design, or window treatments is a strong advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000 (Based on Experience)
