Job description

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Design Professional to join our collaborative architectural and interior team. The ideal candidate is passionate about design excellence, technically proficient, and capable of contributing to projects from early conceptual development through construction completion.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and present innovative architectural design concepts that align with project goals and client vision
  • Translate conceptual ideas into fully coordinated construction documents with a high level of technical accuracy
  • Produce compelling visual presentations using Revit and architectural rendering software to effectively communicate design intent
  • Participate in all phases of project development, including schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration
  • Prepare and coordinate project specifications and technical documentation
  • Project coordination of integrating drawings while ensuring compliance with building codes.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to project quality and deadlines
  • Contribute proactively to a creative, collaborative studio environment
  • Assist younger staff with construction document standards and training.

Qualifications
  • Degree in architecture, interior design or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional architectural experience (internships included)
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Lumion, and any additional design software.
  • Prior work experience with diverse sectors such as education, multi-family, hospitality and more.
  • Deep understanding of construction documents, specifications and local build code requirements.
  • Strong verbal, graphic, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Passion for thoughtful, high-quality design and problem-solving

This is a full-time, salaried paid position that works on-site. Compensation is based on years of experience, licensure, professional credentials etc. In addition, we offer the following benefits:
