Arbor & Elite Homes is seeking an enthusiastic, customer service and team-oriented Design Consultant for our Design Center located in Louisville, KY. We are seeking candidates with prior interior design experience with a home builder to offer design guidance and product knowledge to our Homebuyers as they make the interior and exterior selections for their dream home.

What Will You Be Doing?
• Assisting buyers with making selections to customize their home
• Ensure that homebuyer(s) is aware of all options available
• Entering customer information/selections into computer systems
• Advise customers on interior design functions (with respect to color, functionality, budget)
• Provide complete product information detailing performance, durability, and maintenance of homebuyer(s) selections
• Assist in determining market driven standard features and options
• Manage distribution of design center paperwork
• Communicate with Sales, Purchasing, Homeowners and Trades as required to successfully execute the homebuilding process
• Is knowledgeable and able to communicate the design center experience and the overall new home buying experience
• Other duties as assigned or expected
