Job description

Position Summary
ECS is seeking an Interactive Multimedia Specialist - Senior to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) ENOCS program. The selected candidate will play a critical role in designing and developing Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) products that align with TRADOC Regulation 350-70-2 and enterprise training standards. This position is integral to creating structured, task-aligned multimedia learning modules that enhance the effectiveness of instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training methods. The candidate will ensure that multimedia products are of high quality, usable, accessible, and compliant with Army training doctrine, thereby contributing significantly to the mission readiness and operational success of the ARNG.
Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) products in line with TRADOC Regulation 350-70-2.
  • Create structured multimedia learning modules for various delivery methods including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced.
  • Develop storyboards, interactive simulations, and scenario-based exercises to support training objectives.
  • Construct assessment tools that align with system functionality and mission workflows.
  • Validate the quality, usability, and accessibility of multimedia products to ensure compliance with Army training doctrine.
  • Coordinate updates to multimedia products to remain aligned with Government-accepted releases and operational requirements.

Required Qualifications
  • Clearance: TS//SCI Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 24 years of experience in multimedia production and interactive content development.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Experience in 3D dynamic content creation and mobile app development.
  • Proven track record in supporting intelligence operations with training videos and interactive presentations.
