Job Description

Seeking a hands-on Leader, Solution Architecture to lead and mentor a team of Solution Architects while driving the design, governance, and delivery of scalable, secure, and customer-centric digital solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong architecture leadership, technical depth, and people management experience, with expertise in cloud-native platforms, application modernization, AI/ML, and enterprise digital transformation.

·                10+ years of progressive experience in Solution Architecture, Software Engineering, and Technology Leadership. 

·                3-5+ years leading Solution Architects, Architecture Practice, or Engineering teams. 

Must-Have Skills

·                Architecture Leadership: Solution & Enterprise Architecture, Governance, Technology Strategy, Roadmap Planning, Stakeholder Management, Executive Communication, Team Leadership, Coaching, and Mentoring. 

·                Application & Cloud Architecture: Enterprise Web/Mobile Solutions, APIs, Microservices, Cloud-Native Development, Application Modernization, AWS, DevOps, CI/CD, Spring Boot, Kafka. 

·                AI, Security & Data: AI/ML Solutions, Intelligent Automation, IAM, Application & API Security, Secure SDLC, Data Architecture, Relational & NoSQL Databases.
