As a Program Manager in our Work Services Department, you'll play a key role in helping participants grow personally and professionally. You'll provide hands-on support, encouragement, and supervision as individuals complete work tasks, participate in skill-building activities, and engage in community outings. You'll also ensure quality standards for GTI products and services and maintain simple caseload documentation.

What You'll Do:

  • Support individuals in reaching their employment and personal goals.

  • Lead engaging daily activities and community experiences.

  • Provide quality control for work completed within the program.

  • Encourage independence, confidence, and teamwork.

  • Maintain basic caseload paperwork and progress notes.

Position Details:

  • Full-time, 40 hours/week (Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00amโ€“4:00pm)

  • Paid lunch breaks

  • Starting pay: $17.50โ€“$19.50/hour
