Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Crime Gun Intelligence Specialist L2 to support our government customer in Washington, DC. Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Govt. Security Clearance. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

Koniag Government Solutions (KGS) is seeking a Crime Gun Intelligence (CGI) Specialist Level II to provide advanced analytical and intelligence support for ATF operations. The CGI Specialist Level II will provide comprehensive analytical support and intelligence gathering while maintaining advanced firearms analysis capabilities. As an Alaska Native Corporation subsidiary, we combine investigative expertise with our cultural values to deliver superior intelligence support.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Intelligence Analysis:
  • Provide gun intelligence analytics
  • Conduct NIBIN hit analysis
  • Create investigative link charts
  • Analyze firearms trafficking data
  • Generate actionable intelligence
  • Support trace analysis
  • Compile investigative leads

Technical Operations:
  • Process IBIS evidence entries
  • Perform correlation reviews
  • Conduct firearms identification
  • Execute e-Trace operations
  • Manage NESS data entry
  • Handle/test firearms (if approved)
  • Provide IBIS training (if NAT certified)

Analytical Support:
  • Gather crime reports
  • Analyze trace data
  • Monitor trafficking trends
  • Process obliterated serial numbers
  • Generate intelligence reports
  • Maintain data accuracy
  • Support investigations
