We're seeking a Junior and Mid Level Multi-Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) All-Source Analysts to join the Leidos Defense Sector for future and upcoming roles at Langley Air Force Base. This is your chance to be part of a premier Military Intelligence Program supporting the USAF Air Combat Command's (ACC) ISR mission.

Your Mission:
  • Facilitate coordination of multi-ISR domain mission activities with AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) Enterprise stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with AF DCGS Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AET) to support current operations and Analytic Lines of Effort (ALOE).
  • Assist with long- and short-term analysis, focusing on Air Operation Center (AOC) mission planning, ISR operations, and assessments of foreign military capabilities and defense issues.
  • Develop responses for Requests for Information (RFI) and ensure compliance with AF DCGS TTPs, AF, and Intelligence Community (IC) directives.

Basic Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree and 2-8 years of relevant intelligence experience (or additional experience in lieu of a degree).
  • Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government all-source analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification.
  • Experience in exploiting data from multi-domain sources, data mining, and navigating IC databases.
  • Proficiency or familiarity with tools like JIRA/Confluence and expertise in areas such as Space Intelligence, Human Intelligence, or Electronic Warfare.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver multifaceted intelligence products.
  • TS/SCI access eligibility upon start date.

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with DoD/IC sensor applications and extensive knowledge of applicable directives, standards, and reporting cycles.
