Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Digital Oil Field Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of large-scale digital projects within the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and leadership experience with knowledge of digital oilfield technologies, real-time production monitoring, and artificial lift optimization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution and delivery of large-scale digital projects within the oil and gas industry.
  • Oversee the implementation and lifecycle of real-time systems for production monitoring and artificial lift surveillance and optimization.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams, production engineers, field supervisors, and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead stakeholder management, risk assessment, issue resolution, and project decision-making.
  • Ensure projects meet quality, timeline, and business objectives.
  • Align customer requirements with project goals and organizational objectives.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) or a related field.
  • 10–12 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Digital Oilfield, Energy Technology, Oilfield Services, or Industrial Automation.
  • Experience with digital oilfield solutions, real-time production monitoring, artificial lift optimization, or production optimization.
  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
