Assist in cleaning up and correcting contracts in SAP for Sales Support Team. Previous work in SAP is prefererred. Attention to detail and communication with other team members is a must. Skills in Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint and SAP is needed.

Assists the sales support team by providing daily administrative support and other tasks as assigned. 1-3 years experience

The Sales Support Administrator I is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting daily sales activities. This entry-level role plays a vital part in maintaining customer satisfaction, optimizing processes, and facilitating effective communication between different stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist sales representatives by preparing quotes, contracts, and sales orders.
  • Maintain and update sales records, databases, and CRM (SAP) systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
