PRIME Vacations is looking for a well-organized, detail-oriented, self-starting team member who values the sense of accomplishment that results from hard work, great communications and being an integral part of a successful and fast-growing team!

We are seeking a talented Quality Control Inspectors who will consistently deliver sparkling clean and well-maintained homes for owners and guests for our luxury vacation property portfolio!

Candidates must have a flexible schedule as weekend availability will be required, especially during peak seasons and holidays.

Good tech skills are essential to use various software apps efficiently while out in the field. Must possess a working knowledge of basic computer skills such as Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Word. Adaptability, a positive attitude, and sense of humor is vital!

General Requirements

Must have a valid, clean driver's license.

Must be a steady, reliable worker and self-motivated.

Must be able to perform tasks independently after being given specific instructions.

Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees, guests and owners in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.

Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees, homeowners, and guests.

Must be able to multitask.

Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.

Conduct virtual guest maintenance requests and meet and greets.

Time management if key in completing your task in a timely manner.

Physical Demands / Work Environment

For all parts of this job, the candidate must be able to climb stairs, bend over, stoop and/or get down on knees, work outside moving from home to home in all types of weather (not limited to rain, hot/cold temperatures, hurricane prep and reset.)

The ability to move, push, pull, lift, carry objects, use ladders.

Will need to be able to reach overhead, bend, and twist.

Job Type: Part Time and Seasonal

Schedule: 6–8-hour shift, day shift, Friday-Monday and Saturday-Tuesday Schedules, Some Holidays.

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:Driver's License (Required)

Dependable Transportation (Required) You use your own personal vehicle to move from property to property

Work Location: On Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Bradenton, Hunter’s Pointe.
