The Intel Foundry Strategic Planning team is responsible for providing demand requirements into our mid and long-term business plans as well as driving the overall long-range strategic business plan. This demand planning analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, recommending and reporting demand data. This will include forecasting demand, identifying trends including market trends and customer behavior, and developing strategies to meet demand.
This person is responsible for driving our overall Evergreen LRP process and identify risks and opportunities.
The analyst will run the demand solves for our mid-term backend requirements as well as mid-term and long-term requirement scenarios.
Overall, this will require the ability to integrate and rationalize various signals, stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, identify risks and opportunities and ensure high level of data quality.

The ideal candidate should exhibit:
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Cross-group, cross-functional collaboration
- Presentation to senior management

Qualifications:

This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field with the required experience.
5+ years experience in demand planning and demand forecasting
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in business, engineering or related field
7+ years experience in demand planning and forecasting
Experience in semiconductor industry
Experience in market sizing and risk/opportunity valuation
Understanding of fab, advanced packaging and assembly/test processes
Experience in planning and supporting across product lifecycles and platform roadmaps
Experience with Compass requirements forecasting tool
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $187,320.00-264,460.00 USDThe range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Work Model for this Role
