Logistics Operation (Piping Components, Austin TX)

Company focus on business in trading steel, chemical and various items from semiconductor industry and also investment projects in the Renewable Energy industry.

The business under the Electronic Industry Division focuses on providing solutions for semiconductor manufacturing corporations such as Samsung Electronics, Intel, Micron and other end-users, in relation to raw material, electronic parts, process chemical and manufacturing equipment.

[Job Summary]

Company has an operation office in Austin and supplies various piping components, such as pipe, fitting, and valve, for Semiconductor Fabs and other industrial areas in the US. We provide total solutions to our customers, from procurement and stock management.

The main key of our business is to supply materials from the US and overseas to customers in the US, handle all operation processes, and deliver them to the Contractors' job site in a timely manner, and develop new customers for further business enlargement and new vendors for supply chain capability improvement.

We are recruiting a self-motivated and enthusiastic employee. The ideal candidate has experience in sales or procurement of semiconductor/other industrial piping components, from tool hook-up to primary large-sized goods, and knowledge of logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Semiconductor FABs networks in the US.

[Job Description]

- Operations works involved in the Sales of piping components to customers in the semiconductor and other industry; Quotation, Order, Lead time management, Invoicing, and so on

- Manages any issues arising from sales such as quality, delivery and payments in cooperation with the Group Manager, Headquarter (in Korea), Vendors and Customers

- Negotiate sales conditions with business partners and deliver into documents

- Build up trusting relationships with business partners to secure/foster current business

- Ability to travel to out of States/Overseas/Local Business trips

Requirements

[Qualifications]

- Must be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, and demonstrate professionalism, while helping to create, develop, and implement process improvements. 

- Experience in sales or procurement, particularly in the semiconductor industry or related fields involving pipingcomponents is a significant advantage.

- Experience in semiconductor fabs, mechanical engineering, mechanical materials, or supply chain management is a significant advantage. 

- A strong team player who is focused on driving business growth through strategic initiatives is highly desirable.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

- Language requirements: English is a must; Korean is preferred. 

- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is expected
