Job description

Safety Manager

Location: Intel – Chandler, AZ
Start Date: ASAP
Position: 1 Safety Manager
Duration: 6–12 months

Pay

$40–$50/hour, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule

  • 60 / 60 / 50-hour schedule
  • Overtime expected

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily jobsite safety activities
  • Ensure employees and contractors follow safety procedures
  • Conduct safety observations and inspections
  • Identify hazards and communicate corrective actions
  • Maintain and review safety documentation
  • Support site safety meetings and orientations
  • Work with project leadership to maintain a safe and compliant jobsite

Qualifications – One of the Following:

Option 1

  • Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience
  • At least 3 years in a safety management role
  • Safety Engineering degree or equivalent
  • CSP certification

Option 2

  • Minimum 10 years of construction safety experience
  • At least 3 years of safety management experience
  • CSP certification

Additional Requirements

  • CSP certification required
  • Strong construction safety background
  • Experience with safety monitoring and documentation
  • Must pass E-Verify
  • Must pass drug screening
  • Must pass background check
  • English or bilingual candidates accepted

This is a 6–12 month opportunity for an experienced Safety Manager to support a major Intel construction project. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply ASAP.
